Title: | Integrated transceiver circuits for MEMS-based ultrasound imaging | Authors: | Cao, Zhaoyang | Keywords: | Engineering | Issue Date: | 2024 | Publisher: | Nanyang Technological University | Source: | Cao, Z. (2024). Integrated transceiver circuits for MEMS-based ultrasound imaging. Doctoral thesis, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. https://hdl.handle.net/10356/179559 | Abstract: | Ultrasound is widely used in healthcare, fingerprinting and sensor nodes. Ultrasound imaging is considered a non-invasive or minimally invasive method for clinic usage. The micro-electromechanical system technology boosts the successful compact-size implementation of ultrasound imaging. Thanks to improvements in the Micromachined Ultrasound Transducers (MUTs), the miniature ultrasound system can be integrated compatibly with front-end ASICs. Due to the low power system demand to avoid tissue damage and the shrinking of MUTs, there is a high demand for area- and power-efficient ultrasound ASICs. | URI: | https://hdl.handle.net/10356/179559 | DOI: | 10.32657/10356/179559 | Schools: | Interdisciplinary Graduate School (IGS) | Organisations: | A*STAR IME | Rights: | This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). | Fulltext Permission: | embargo_20250809 | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
