Abstract: In recent years, researching into the development of quantum computing has become an increasingly popular field. One approach to realise a scalable quantum computer is photonics, whereby entangled photons are employed. This project aims to produce a working entangled photon source using optical devices on an optical table, as a precursor to producing an entangled multi-photon source.
