Abstract: In today’s security landscape, ensuring robust cryptographic protocols is critical to safeguarding data in transit. My project focuses on developing a Django-based application to evaluate TLS (Transport Layer Security) configurations on target servers. By leveraging testssl.sh within a Dockerized environment, the application scans the target URL, parses the resulting CSV for relevant security metrics, and compares those metrics against a backend policy. This process culminates in a user-facing policy compliance report that highlights potential vulnerabilities and offers recommendations for strengthening cryptographic measures. Through this approach, the application provides an automated, streamlined, and comprehensive solution for organizations seeking to validate and maintain secure communications.
