Abstract: Professors and teaching assistants (TAs) often face problems with email communication, which can become inefficient given the volume of messages they handle. Keeping track of crucial information, following up on tasks, and ensuring clear conversations has become progressively more difficult when communication is fragmented across numerous individual emails. In this project, it aims to address these issues by developing a web application that provides a more structured communication system, thereby streamlining and enhancing the effectiveness of interactions between professors and teaching assistants. This final-year project will result in a full stack web-based application that is deployed on Microsoft Azure utilizing the services that they provide. Furthermore, this project will be specifically designed for the professors and teaching assistants of the School of Computer Science and Engineering. Lastly, this project also aims to build on previous student efforts and emphasize refining the workflow processes and improving existing documentation.
