Abstract: Indonesia has continued to make progress in the repatriation and reintegration of individuals formerly affiliated with terrorist organisations, including returnees from overseas conflict zones. What was initially a security-focused approach has evolved into a more comprehensive, humanitarian-based strategy, aligning with principles of justice and human rights.
