Collaborative querying using a hybrid content and results based query clustering approach

Abstract

This dissertation proposes an extended K-means query clustering approach to cluster user queries utilizing both query terms and result, i.e. result URL, title and snippet from query result list. Similarities between queries are defined as content-based, results-based and hybrid approach or combination of both content-based and results-based.
