Abstract: With increasing strontium/cobalt content, The Griffiths phase and the spin-glass state are suppressed. The rich magnetic, electric and thermal behaviors are suggested due to the perovskite-type layered structure with complicated magnetic interactions and Jahn-Teller distortion of the cobalt ions associated with small polarons.
