Investigative study on the andragogical approaches to e-learning.

Abstract

Technology has brought about a variety of innovative tools and channels for e-learning. Due to the rising estimates in the number of adult learners and organisations going for e-learning, the andragogical approaches to e-learning are sometimes overlooked. Focusing on the relationship and issues of adult learning, organisational learning and e-learning, this qualitative study aims to find out the andragogical successes and failures of e-learning through the survey data as well as to recommend andragogical strategies for e-learning.
