Abstract

This study serves to understand the level of maturity of KM within the banks in Singapore, their readiness and/or reluctance to embark into KM practices to help enhance their businesses, the factors impeding or facilitating the knowledge management movement, and how one can motivate the organization towards knowledge sharing.
