Fire control in Indonesia : an economic approach.

Abstract

The biggest problem of burning control in Indonesia is as easy to illustrate as it is difficult to solve. Institutional defects were fully acknowledged and a total overhaul was called for. Yet, no one is able to ascertain where and when change begins. Rather, we have to obtain marginal improvements in the control procedure while living in a fundamentally ill-managed system.
