Analysis of job advertisements for determining the information handling skills required across industries in Singapore.

Abstract

This study looks at the labour demand for professionals, managers, executives and technicians (PMETs) job positions which require some amount of information handling in their job scope, in the Singapore economy. It proceeds to determine the most sought after in job positions. The study then examines the type of qualifications and attributes that employers seek to fill these job positions.
