Abstract: Network models are simulation models that are used to simulate the behaviour of transport systems over a specified time period. It can be used to examine the impact of applying different alternatives and strategies on a transport system and to help decide on the most suitable alternative. SATURN is one of the software packages that can be used to develop network models. This dissertation involves the development of a SATURN model for the Restricted Zone of Singapore.
