Abstract: This study examines an On-Demand research enquiries database of a fee-based Information Service to investigate the information needs of key clients and how they have evolved over a five-year period. The purpose is to identify significant patterns of use in clients’ information requests and to investigate any gaps in the current service where improvements can be made.
