Key issues in BOT project packaging

Abstract

Due to the demand for rapid infrastructure development world-wide, the BOT concept of project development has gained a firm foothold on both the government and the private sector. Governments favour it either to cut down on public spending or due to lack of funds. The private sector see it as a means to enter a domain previously dominated by the governments and enlarging their business base.
