Abstract: This report presents the findings of a study undertaken by the writer to examine the best construction methods (or systems), materials and the structural designs that help to speed up the construction of tall buildings. This structural system and equipment also provide the maximum rentable floor areas with plenty of headroom for services, reduce the construction cost and shorten construction time.
