Abstract: The objective of this study is to evaluate the applicability of the System Dynamics methodology to the project management of a part of the DC to AC Electrical Plant conversion of a pre-war ship, the MV Doulos. In particular, the methodology was used to conduct a post-mortem analysis of a "sub-system'' of the whole project that resulted in a delay in the project.
