Abstract: The objective of this project is to develop a prototype real-time knowledge based restoration system for the generation and transmission system of Singapore. The knowledge-based restoration system is implemented to guide the system control engineer to identify the system state and generate effective and reliable restoration procedures which will restore power supply to the whole island within the shortest possible time.
