Abstract: This thesis describes the design and development of a high frequency Forward Zero-Voltage-Transition Pulse Width Modulated (FZVT-PWM) DC-DC converter suitable for distributed power supply system application. The operation, DC and components' stresses analyses of the FZVT-PWM converter are presented. Guide7 lines and procedures are presented for the systematic design of the FZVT-PWM converter.
