Abstract: This project involves a study of three world-class methodologies - Simulation, Activity-Based Costing (ABC)and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), by exploring the application of Simulation and Activity-Based Costing in an IC Assembly line of a manufacturing company in Singapore. A feasibility study is also conducted on applying the BPR concept in the CIM environment.
