dc.description.abstractDYMAIN, an aircraft gas turbine engine dynamic simulation software, has been developed using C++ programming in an object-oriented approach. This thesis describes the theory and methodology used in engine modeling, dynamic simulation as well as software implementation technique. This simulation software takes advantage of advanced objected-oriented programming concept to produce a highly readable, easily maintainable, and extendible software. The object-oriented programming features and skills are also discussed in this thesis.en_US
