Abstract

In most countries including those in the South East Asia (SEA), a large proportion of hotels are small businesses. Following the economic boom in this region, hotel demand has been increasing over the past few years. The demand of small hotels in particular, has been outperforming that of the others because the travellers in this region are generally price conscious.
