Abstract: This study reviews current foreign exchange exposure management techniques adopted by a US MNC, Tele Inc., whose Asia corporate headquarters is based in Singapore. With the increase in the volume of business Asia, particularly in China and India, there is a need to gradually decentralise the Treasury operations in the US head office to that of Asia.
