Perceptions of the "true and fair" view.

Abstract

This is an exploratory study of the perceptions of "true and fair" by preparers/verifiers and users. A disguised questionnaire was used to obtain the responses of the preparers/verifiers and users. The participants were requested to group ten phrases - the phrase "true and fair" and nine other phrases commonly associated with the term "true and fair" - according to how similar they perceive the phrases to be. Multidimensional scaling and cluster analysis were applied to analyze the responses.
