|Keywords:||DRNTU::Business::Management::Strategy||Issue Date:||1997||Abstract:||This research seeks to identify variables that should be related to performance of Singapore-based companies. It is hypothesized that there will be a positive relationship between perceived resource-based capabilities and firm performance. Specific resource-based capabilities are hypothesized to be directly related to the competitive strategies chosen by a firm. Finally, the "fit" between strategies and resource-based capabilities is hypothesized to be positively related to firm performance.||URI:||http://hdl.handle.net/10356/20202||Rights:||NANYANG TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY||Fulltext Permission:||restricted||Fulltext Availability:||With Fulltext|
