Abstract: This report describes how an information management system was developed in one of the Divisions in the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), a statutory board, in Singapore. Staff members in this division handle feedback from the public on issues pertaining to the construction industry in Singapore. They have to draft letters, reports, etc, almost every day.
