The tool emphasizes on user-friendliness in which it interacts with the user through a set of efficient Graphical User Interface (GUI), consisting of Graphical Editor (GE) and a Text Kernel (TK). The GE allows the user to create, delete and modify objects by mouse. In GE, the logic of inter-connecting between Petri net objects is governed by a Drawing Validator which is composed of functions of net theory. TK is used to enter the Petri net description called MASE Language (MASEL) which is then compiled by MASEL Compiler.
