dc.description.abstractThe objective of this project is to automate the equipment calibration process. This report describes the SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN FOR AUTOMATED CALIBRATION in the manufacturing operation. The project has been justified with a payback period of about one year and was implemented with all the set objectives achieved for the calibration of torque drivers. Methods from other companies were studied and adopted. Quality Function Deployment was employed to establish the mechanisms to meet users' requirements. IDEFO methodology was utilized for the system design and description.en_US
