Simulation of a flexible circuit board assembly (PCBA)

Abstract

The demand for high flexibility and low costs caused the implementation of a flexible manufacturing system for the production of printed circuit board assemblies. Many works have been carried out on automated flow line analysis. But there are very few works that have actually integrated both the material handling system with the production system using simulation techniques.
