Abstract: The Internet is developing rapidly in China recently. However, the Internet Regulation is not at the same pace. This dissertation tries to explore the Internet Regulations in its unique context in China. It is hoped that this dissertation will present a broad framework to study the Internet Regulations in China and to provide a reference to formulate the Internet regulations, policies or law.
