Abstract: This report focuses on developing a data concentrator to communicate to Atlas Copco Elektronikon ComBox-P Profi-Can DP-Bridge using PROFIBUS-DP (Process Field Bus – Decentralized Peripherals) protocol. Elektronikon ComBox-P is used to access data from Elektronikon MKIV Control & Regulation System which provides energy efficient load/no-load control of compressors located in the Controller Area Network (CAN) based local area network.
