Abstract: This study explores the perceptions and practices of brand management in the hotel industry. The findings revealed the importance of branding in the industry and the similarities between practices of branding consultants in five-star hotels. Based on the findings obtained from this study, the ultimate aim is to work out a Re-branding campaign for the Meritus Hotels & Resorts.
