Abstract: In recent years, outsourcing has become an important aspect of corporations worldwide, and its focus has quickly expanded beyond conventional areas in information technology and manufacturing to other functions such as human resource (HR). Although there exists much research on overall HR strategy and drivers of HR outsourcing, there are not many studies which focus specifically on HR outsourcing in the Asian context.
