Recruitment has always had direct implications on employee’s performance, productivity of the organization and turnover (Castilla, 2002). Selecting the most suitable candidates for a job has therefore been always a concern for all HR practitioners. This study examines the recruitment of a particular job position in a healthcare organization. Practical improvements to the current recruitment process were recommended to achieve better selection results. With reference to a Job Analysis conducted, a Customized Personality Test and Behavioural-based Interview Question Set were formulated. When put together, these tools form the recruitment kit for this particular job position. This study can be used as a platform for further research in creating a generic recruitment process to be used across industries.en_US
