Abstract: In this thesis, we give an comprehensive study over the dynamic window evolutions of TCP Veno with the aid of network simulator. Since after 1996, researchers have intensively focused on solving TCP Reno's suffering in wireless networks and less attention has been put on studying the performance of fast recovery schemes in wireless environment. For this thesis, different recovery schemes interact with TCP Veno and TCP Reno are also examined in wireless environment by means of simulator and testbed. A few of novel and interesting experimental results are observed an analyzed.
