Abstract: In this project, several methods were explored to enable a quantitative analysis of multicomponent chromatograms. These methods include Fourier Analysis, Self Modeling Curve Resolution and Non-Linear Filtering. The most promising method was employed to conduct quantiative analysis on some available chromatograms of blood samples in order to obtain meaningful results.
