Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering::Wireless communication systems
Issue Date: 2002
Abstract: WIth the need of smaller chip, faster speed and lower production costs, the complementary metal oxide semiconductor technology is chosen for this research project. The state-of-the-art 0.25um CMOS tehcnology from Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Pte Ltd is employed to design the various building blocks or library cells of the FM radio receiver.
