Title: Virtual radios for cellular receiver applications
Authors: Sasiraj Somarajan.
Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering::Antennas, wave guides, microwaves, radar, radio
Issue Date: 2003
Abstract: As the entire software radio is too complex to be evaluated in a single report, this report will focus on the ability of the standard off-the-shelf personal computer to perform the digital signal processing of the channeliser component of the frontend cellular software radio receiver. The purpose behind this project is to understand the complexities behind the implementation of the channeliser component of the cellular sohare radio receiver and to determine if this part of the software radio can be implemented on a standard off the-shelf-computer.
