Abstract: The main objective of this project is to develop a new type of receiver, direct conversion architecture (DCR) for radio frequency identification (RFID) tag application. The DCR has the advantages of low cost, low profile and low power consumption because of (i) miniaturization and (ii) no bulky surface SAW filter placed.
