Abstract: Based on an availabe fuel cell dyanmical model, an inportant concept feasible operating area is introduced. Fuel cell based distributed generator is studied to solve the power quality issues such as load tracking, harmonics and voltage sag. Fuel celll power plant in an isolated condition and grid-connected condion are under evestigation.
