Title: | Nonlinear analysis of MMIC transmit/receive switch utilizing PHEMT devices | Authors: | Chen, Bo | Keywords: | DRNTU::Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering::Integrated circuits | Issue Date: | 1999 | Abstract: | This thesis is concerned with on-state MMIC transmit/receive(T/R) switch utilizing pHEMT devices operating in nonlinear mode. The nonlinear performance of the switch, such as output power at one dB gain compression point and the third-order intermodulation product, is investigated using Volterra series analysis. Some rules are proposed to increase the output power and to minimize the intermodulation. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/3482 | Schools: | School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
