Abstract: In this dissertation, we study the impact of data traffic on the performance of voice traffic in different scenario by computer simulation. We look into 4 different resource allocation schemes: Voice with priority allocation scheme; different number of maximum allocated channel per data user scheme; different number of carriers for both voice and data user scheme; data user capable of transmitting on different carrier scheme.
