Abstract: Indonesia, the biggest Islamic population in the world within the history of ethnic and religious conflicts in Ambon-Maluku, Poso-Central Sulawesi and Sampit- Kalimantan, had experienced several terrorist attacks since 2002 - 2005 such as Bali bombing, Atrium mall bombing, J.W. Marriot bombing, and Christmas Eve bombings. Most of the attacks had been conducted by a radical Islamic terrorist group, Jemaah Islamiyah (JI).
