dc.description.abstract | This dissertation is a case study on the building of human resources capability in a clinical research organisation namely; PBio Asia Pte Ltd over a period spanning past fifteen years (1989 to 2004). Over this period, PBio a clinical research organization, underwent numerous organisation changes as a result of seven changes in CEOs. Notwithstanding this, the organization managed to develop its own pool of highly skilled clinical research specialists despite the uncertainties accompanying the top management changes and consequential changes in organisation strategies. | en_US |
