Abstract: In an environment characterized by intense global and domestic competition, the scope and depth of effort necessary to accomplish Guangxi government's vision to build a world-class tourism economy remains challenging. Therefore, this research is to present a practical and feasible approach to the review of the tourism industry in Guangxi with the purpose to accentuate Guangxi's image and competitive advantage so that it can differentiate itself from other tourist destinations within China and outside China.
