Abstract: Today's highly competitive market exposes wide range of challenges for the product manufacturers. In order to sustain in the market, the product manufacturers need to provide the best solutions at the least price. In addition to that manufacturers are often challenged with offering after sales service for their product in order to gain more customer loyalty. Most of the manufacturers often produce a wide range of products and therefore the extent of offering service for their products become broader in scope. Hence most of the manufacturers often seek some device that aids them to perform after sales services for their products. Since the range of products is diverse, the device should be able to operate at any platform and it should be easy to configure.
