Abstract: Over the past few years, analysis of successful manufacturing companies shows that in today's hyper-competitive business environment, supply chain efficiency is a necessary condition for survival. However, as we approach an age of super efficiency, adaptive supply chain, which has redundancies built in to withstand unpredictable shocks, are replacing traditional supply chains. Adaptive supply chain possess the flexibility to continually morph and respond to the environment in near real time without compromising on operational and financial efficiencies. The purpose of measuring the performance of Adaptive supply chain is also an important issue, which assures the continuous efficiency of adaptive supply chain. This research aims to provide a framework for measuring the performance of adaptive supply chain in the context of EMS (electronic manufacturer service) provider. This newly developed performance measurement framework will provide the EMS companies to measure and monitor their supply chain performance for competing in the market by addressing key links of supply chain, (Plan, Source, Make, Delivers Return and Customer Satisfaction).
