Electronic commerce (E-Commerce or EC) as a brand-new international commercial pattern has developed very quickly in Europe, America, Asia and many other countries in recent years. As one of the important economy and trade modes in development, it influences not only the competitive advantages of all enterprises but also the success of economic development in any country. It has become a focal point of the strategic development that consolidates and improves the competitive power of an economy. E-Commerce provides unlimited development space for the world economy, leading business to a wide imagination space and injects new life into the global economy. Both enterprises and governments are engaged in this new economic model.
