Managing and handling dead on arrival returns of original design manufacturer manufactured products at a regional site

Abstract

This project looks at the available options as well as the implementation of a refurbishment process in order to reduce the scrap costs of dead on arrival products that are manufactured by the original design manufacturers and the recovery of costs through re-marketing the refurbished products.
