It provides a standard platform for a robotic soccer game. It is a combination of engineering application and theoretical development. It is a great honor to join this project and work on parts of the work. This thesis can be divided into two parts: 1. First part is about the design and implementation of the Vision Module in RoboCup. 2. The second part is about path planning with obstacle avoidance.
