Abstract: Attempts to create a Real-time Inter-Process Communication (RIPC) framework in the form of a C++ library in order to encapsulate the beneficial features as necessary from the underlying protocols, meanwhile, provide real-time control primitives as rich as possible, and in such a way to provide programmers or robotic developers with an efficient software toolkit for inter-communicating system processes over distributed network nodes.
